Ever date someone who claimed they liked (keyword: 'liked') animals? When an ex of mine found out I had a dog, he told me just that.

After we ended up living together, the truth began to unfold. As he became more and more intolerant of my beloved pet, I confronted him about his original statement. "I thought it was an outdoor dog." I was a bit confused. What's an outdoor dog? Is that like a tree? You put it out back and water it occasionally?

Needless to say, my furry best friend and I packed our bags and never looked back. What a jerk!
